What we collect
When you book a free demo, the form asks for:
- Parent’s name
- Student’s name
- Grade
- Subject
- WhatsApp number
- Preferred class time
- Learning plan and any notes you choose to add (both optional)
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and whatever you write to us.
That is everything. Specifically, this website does not:
- use cookies
- run analytics, pixels, or any tracking script
- store anything in your browser
- have accounts, logins, or passwords
- build a profile of you or your child
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange the free demo, and — if you decide to continue — schedule and run classes. We do not use it for advertising.
Information about children
We ask that a parent or guardian, not the child, fills in the form. The only information we ask about the student is a first name and a school grade.
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 sets specific obligations around children’s data, including verifiable parental consent and a prohibition on tracking or behavioural monitoring of children. We do not track or profile children, and we do not use any child’s information for advertising.

Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, ever. It reaches these parties only because the service needs them to work:
- FormSubmit — delivers the demo form to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — hosts the mailbox those enquiries arrive in.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us, that conversation lives in WhatsApp and is governed by their privacy policy as well as this one.
- Google Fonts — the site loads two typefaces from Google’s servers. As a result Google receives your IP address when the page loads. No other content is requested from any third party.

Security
Enquiries are delivered by email and stored in a Google account protected by a password and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we keep only what we need, for as long as we need it.
